The short version: reserving is free and doesn't commit you to anything, products may change before launch, and this site isn't medical advice.

About these terms

These terms apply when you use phaseralife.com, run by PHASERA. By using the site or reserving a box, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Nothing on this site is for sale yet.
Packaging shown is concept artwork. Ingredient amounts come from proposed formulas and are pending final review. Products, flavors, formulas and packaging may change before launch.

A reservation is free. It isn't a purchase, and we don't take payment or card details to reserve.
A reservation doesn't commit you to buy anything. It also doesn't commit us to sell: if we can't make a product, or have to change or end the presale, we'll email you, and nothing will have been charged.
A box is 30 sticks. Regular price is $30 a box. Taxes and shipping, if any, are shown before you pay.
Up to 3 boxes per reservation. We may decline duplicate, automated or false reservations.
First boxes are estimated to ship Spring 2027. That's an estimate, not a promise. If it changes, we'll email you.
Before you pay, we'll email you the final label for every phase in your box and a link to confirm. Purchase terms will be shown to you at that point, and you can change your mix or walk away.
You must be 18 or older to reserve.

The first 500 people to reserve become founders. Founder numbers (#001 to #500) are given in the order reservations reach us, one per email address. Reserving again with the same email keeps the same number.
Founders pay $19.99 a box on their first 3 boxes (regular $30), bought with the email they reserved with.
A founder's first box ships in a Founders Edition box marked with their founder number.
Founders are invited to a founders-only group with first looks at new phases and votes on things like the next flavor. Votes help us decide; they don't commit us to a result.
Founder perks belong to the person who reserved and can't be sold or transferred. If you cancel your reservation, your founder number isn't given to anyone else.
Once all 500 spots are taken, reservations are still free and hold the regular price.

Links to other sites are for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.

The site is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or online.
To the fullest extent the law allows, PHASERA isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site or a reservation. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where PHASERA is organized.

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. Changes don't apply to a reservation you've already made if they would take away something you were promised; we'll email you about anything that affects your reservation.
