Privacy policy.

The short version: we collect what we need to hold your reservation and email you, we never sell it, and you can unsubscribe or ask us to delete it any time.

Who we are

  • PHASERA ("we", "us") runs phaseralife.com. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, why, and the choices you have.
  • PHASERA is in prelaunch: nothing is for sale yet, and we don't collect payment details of any kind.

What we collect

  • When you join the launch list or reserve a founding box: your email address, your first name if you give it, the phases you're interested in, the phases and number of boxes you reserve, when you reserved, your founder number if you get one, and which part of the site you signed up from.
  • When you use the contact form: your name, email address, the topic you pick and your message.
  • Only if you allow analytics: the pages you visit and the buttons you use (for example, which phases you look at), plus general device, browser and approximate location information that the analytics service derives from your connection. Your name and email are never included.
  • Technical information our hosting provider records automatically, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of each request. We also use your IP address briefly to block spam on our forms.
  • In your browser: we remember your analytics choice in local storage. Box Builder selections are kept in the page address so you can share them; we don't store them.

How we use it

  • To send you emails you asked for: your reservation, the final label for each phase before you pay, the link to confirm, and launch news.
  • To answer messages you send us.
  • To understand which phases people want, so we know what to make first.
  • To keep the site working and protect it from spam and abuse.
  • To follow the law.
  • We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for targeted advertising.

Who we share it with

  • Service providers that run parts of the site for us, and only for that purpose: our email marketing service (stores the launch list and reservations and sends our emails), our email delivery service (delivers contact form messages to us), our hosting provider, and, if you allow it, our analytics service.
  • Authorities, if the law requires it, or when needed to protect people's safety or our rights.
  • A buyer or successor, if PHASERA is ever sold or merged. They would have to follow this policy.

Your choices

  • Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing doesn't cancel a reservation by itself; tell us if you want that too.
  • You can cancel a reservation any time by replying to one of our emails or through the contact page.
  • You can turn analytics on or off any time with “Privacy choices” at the bottom of every page.
  • You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. To do that, email support@phaseralife.com or use the contact page on this site. We'll reply within 45 days and won't treat you differently for asking.
  • Some US states (including California) give residents specific privacy rights. We honor the requests above for everyone, wherever you live.

How long we keep it

  • Launch list and reservation details: until you unsubscribe, cancel or ask us to delete them, or until the founding box presale ends and we no longer need them.
  • Contact form messages: as long as needed to answer you and keep a record of the conversation, then deleted.

Security

  • The site uses HTTPS, and we use reputable providers to store your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we collect only what we need.

Children

  • This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

  • If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use information we already have, we'll email the people affected first.
