Nothing is for sale yet. These policies will apply once PHASERA starts selling.

Reservations and founders

Reserving a box is free. We don't ask for a card and nothing is charged when you reserve.
The first 500 people to reserve become founders (The Founding 500). Founders pay $19.99 a box on their first 3 boxes (regular $30). Once all founder spots are taken, reservations hold the regular price.
First boxes are estimated to ship Spring 2027. This is an estimate, not a promise. We'll email you if it changes.
Before you pay, we'll email you the final label for every phase in your box and a link to confirm. You can change your mix or walk away at that point.
You can cancel a reservation any time by replying to one of our emails or through the contact page.
Once you confirm and pay, the shipping, returns and refunds terms on this page apply.

We ship to addresses in the United States.
Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
If your package is lost, or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Unopened boxes can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Because PHASERA is something you drink, we can't resell opened boxes or loose sticks, so we can't accept them as returns.
If we sent the wrong item, or it arrived damaged, we'll cover return shipping or simply send the right one.
To start a return, contact us with your order number. We'll reply with instructions.

Once we receive your return, we'll refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs aren't refunded unless the return is because of our mistake.

You can skip, pause or cancel a subscription at any time before your next renewal date.
We'll email you a reminder before each renewal.

If you have a reaction you think is related to a PHASERA product, stop using it, contact a healthcare professional if needed, and tell us through the contact page. Please keep the box so we can check the lot number.
